Our room was clean and bright, with plenty of space and all the essential facilities. The location of the hotel was super convenient, as it was close to public transportation, restaurants, and shops. We also enjoyed tasting the local breakfast served in the hotel, which was a unique experience and a great way to start our day.
The temperature in our room was out of our control, and it was unbearable hot during our stay. We tried to mention it to the hotel staff, but the language barrier made it quite difficult.

Spent Christmas in a clean, bright and spacious room, which had all the necessary amenities. the breakfast was interesting and included a regional dish that was quite delicious. the hotel is strategically located within a few minutes' walk to the train station, malls, restaurants, and mini markets, which made it convenient for sightseeing and shopping during the holiday.
The check-in process was long and complicated, with the staff trying to communicate through a translating app. There was a communication barrier, which led to us being given a twin room instead of the double room that we had booked, but we decided not to request any changes due to the language issue.

We had a great experience at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, bright, and had all the amenities we needed. The price was reasonable and it was conveniently located within walking distance to the train station, malls, restaurants, and mini markets. The staff, although they had limited English, made an effort to communicate with us using an online translator and were very helpful and attentive. The breakfast was interesting, featuring a local specialty dish of yak meat noodle soup.
